A weight loss journey.
I want to be healthy, to have more energy and even to look better for my family. Extra weight takes it's toll. While many of my wonderful friends and family don't think I need to lose weight...Love ya, by the way...my frame was just not built to support it. I may be 5"5", but I am small boned. All this weight causes a significant burden on my joints and especially my feet. I would like to be pain free. Or at least, feel less pain.
Duh...chocolate! Ok, so that is not the only one. Let's see, I am a stay at home mom, that walks through the kitchen about 30 times a day...need I say more?
There are so many snacks in this house!!!! I hate to exercise!!! I am not good at developing good habits. Have tried walking on the treadmill, the Wii fit, and even Tae Boe. Liked them all well enough, just can't keep up with it on a daily basis.
